By using bakenomads.com ("BakeNomads", "the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

BakeNomads is a directory of bakeries. Listing information is compiled from public sources (including the Google Places API) and from business owners. We work to keep it accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties; hours, addresses and other details can change without notice.

Listings and claims

Adding or claiming a listing is free. You must only claim a business you genuinely own or represent, and the information you submit must be truthful. We may approve, reject, edit or remove any listing or claim at our discretion, including content that is fraudulent, offensive or off topic (non-bakery businesses).

Pro subscriptions

Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro features until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service at scale, interfere with its operation, submit false claims, or use it for anything unlawful. Map data and attribution belong to their providers (OpenStreetMap contributors, CARTO, Google).

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BakeNomads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months.
